Bill Ott
Background
Bill Ott is a native Texan that has spent the past 15 years in Austin, TX. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Bill worked for Index Austin focusing on project leasing and tenant representation. Following his time with Index Austin, Bill joined BBD Commercial to help with adding value to in house projects through lease up, while still remaining active in third party tenant representation.
Bill has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He actively represents local retailers, restaurants, and owners. Additionally, much of Bill's time is currently spent sourcing and underwriting projects for the company.
